Default Exclude forums by id

My suggestion is the following.
In Acp-Display->Your Gal = Allow enter exclude forums id, because i need create a new category for every diferent GAl to exclude the particular sponsor forum.

Thanks, ill see if I can do anything. Making each GAL forum specific may be a little problematic but Ill see if I can do it.

Thanks for your feedback!

Thanks for your great job.
Another question, why exclude forums in categories only work if you have DB Cache enabled ???

It will only work if using the DB cache as the DB cache uses a query to pull the relevant items, while the stadard cache is all items combined. To try and filter out the unwanted GALS at run time would be too much overhead.

To me, the DB cache is always the best bet - after all the query is pretty minimal.
