If you mean that you want to create a post that lists out information from the articles, then you'd need to post the information the old fashioned way, i.e., type it. If you want forumdisplay to look like this then check this thread.

I don't think that is it, I didnt explain well. I want to post in a vb post, the code to have the article header, author details and synopsis as a link to the desired article. Rather than just a link to the article.

So I am asking how to enter code to display a module I suppose similar to featured article.

In a regular vB post, you'd need to use the vB BB Code to create the post. For example, the following...
Code:
[IMG]http://www.thevbgeek.com/geek/gars/images/1/5/3/3/types/thumb_spider2.jpg[/IMG]
[B]By:[/B] [URL="http://www.thevbgeek.com/member.php?u=1533"]Morgan[/URL]
[B]Title:[/B] [URL="http://www.thevbgeek.com/showthread.php?t=3706"]<testing>[/URL]
[B]Preview:[/B] test <testing><testing><testing> test cat dog mouse foo bar or is it one word foobar blah blah est cat dog mouse foo bar or is it one word foobar blah blah est cat dog mouse foo bar... [IMG]http://www.thevbgeek.com/showthread.php?t=3706[/IMG]
Creates the following (minus the GAL auto links)...

By: Morgan
Title: <testing>
Preview: test < testing >< testing >< testing > test cat dog mouse foo bar or is it one word foobar blah blah est cat dog mouse foo bar or is it one word foobar blah blah est cat dog mouse foo bar...

BB Codes do not query the database. You still would need to add the information. Here are a couple links that may help you create your own BB Codes:
