Default Separate author and member ratings?

I'm at my final configuration stages for turning my tutorials live, but I'm stuck on something else.

How do I have two different ratings on a single tutorial? I built a new ratings called "Author Ratings" added questions and changed the default one to "Tutorial Member Ratings" and changed the questions to be more applicable to my community.

This is where I'm stuck though... How do I get the "Author Ratings" that I created to show up in a module inside the header, while still having the "Tutorial Member Ratings" on the right of content? Do I need to create a new module or something? If I go to the Tutorial type, I only see a single dropdown for ratings...

There are two modules, User Ratings and Author Rating, that you can add to make the page look like this but only one set of rating questions is selectable under ACP -> GARS -> Types so the questions would be the same for both user and author.

How do I set it up so that the author has different questions as the member though? If this is not possible, how would I make it possible or is this a planned thing for a near future release?

I'm sure I'm not the only one that would find it valuable to allow authors and members to have different ratings, ie:

Authors ratings are more topical based, for my own community, it would be like:

Hardware
Software
Mechanics

This doesn't really make much sense to give this rating scale to the Member, because members rate more on what their opinion is of an article:

Organization
Visual References
Clarity
Usefulness

I'm also a bit confused... Why are there two separate rating modules if they both contain the same content? You can add the same module multiple times to a single module set, so imo, it doesn't make much sense to have more than one, unless it has different content...

It is not currently possible, and not sure something like that would get added, as ratings are averaged and it wouldn't make sense to average ratings from two different question sets. As to why two different modules, please see this again. The author rating is just the author, and the member rating is an average, assuming more than one rating has occurred.

Go to the ACP -> GARS -> Types -> click the type of interest -> set the following:
  • Author can post ratings -> no
  • Author rate as a member -> no

I can't seem to figure out how to get the member reviews to show up in the posts... This there an option I'm missing somewhere?
