when I tried to post a new link in this forum, I got this message

Just tested it again, seems to be fine. Enter the site URL, i.e., http://www.domain.com and not a link to an image, if that is what happened.

I can confirm above error, the same was some days before, maybe you should try to add a link as a normal user and not with admin account?
The link was www.yahoo.com
