Default Custom fields do not display

For some reason when I add custom fields they do not display.

I did go to Types, chose the type where I want the custom fields to show, and then ticked the check boxes under the custom fields section.
Jiggle has the same problem: http://www.thevbgeek.com/project.php?issueid=121

Go to the module set from Modules, click Custom Fields, check Yes to those custom fields of interest, and save.

Sorry, I'm not coding custom requests at this time, nor do I have the time to look at that modification, but you might want to check some of the tutorials on this site for making custom modules. If you do create a custom module, make sure to sanitize the data, as always.
