Default delete a rating?

I edited a post and somehow it rated it, now I can't delete it. Screenshot attached. There is no delete field to tick.

You cant delete an authors rating. Even if you dont allow authors to rate, it inserts a placeholder in case you change the settings at a later date. The results will never show as long as you dont have a module displaying its values (i.e. the autor rating module)
