Lightbulb Need module but I am too stupid

What I want to achieve:

When creating a new review I would like to have an inputfield for a download URL and when viewing the review I would like to have an additional module
above the author rating with an image which you click to download.
Something like the bad mspaint impression attached.

I would really appreciate if someone could find the time to give me a step by step instruction

You can so this VERY easily with custom fields.

create a new template called: gars_custom_downloadbutton
PHP Code:
<tr><td><a href="$value"><img src="http://www.urltoimage.com/image" /></td></tr
Change the image source to your button url

create a new text custom field
Assign the custom field to your type
Edit the types module set and add a new custom field module to it
Edit the new custom field module you added and tick the new text field you just created.
Enter gars_custom_downloadbutton into the custom fields templates override setting.

Quick and easy

Could you give me an html part for a text field which is centered, font tahoma and size = 2 ?

For some reason if I use regular HTML stuff it does not show at all (just plaintext) or it shows only in FF ?!?
