Default Can't access AdminCP after installing GARS

I uploaded the GARS files, imported the product xml file.. I can still access my site, but when I try to access the AdminCP I'm getting this:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /includes/init.php on line 276

Disable plugins in your config file as it sounds like something is wacky. No plug in code is even run at that stage (let alone any GARS).
Also, check your DB's and make sure no tables are corrupt.
