Question Reviews question

Ok if 3 users submit a review for McDonalds but each of them spell the name wrong. Can I go in and edit the title to all 3 items and is Gars smart enough to then calculate the new score/rating?

Can I allow comments but not allow them to rate the item/review?

And I have a button that submits a form into the users post. Will this still be able to work with Gars? It inputs things like size, weight, height and then the user just inputs there information.

Interesting question.
The revies in GARS are nothing but threads. So you could merge the three reviews into one. But the question remains if the ratings will be merged, too.

1: GARS averages the ratings from posts in a single thread. It wouldn't combine ratings from different threads even if you change the title to be the same.

2: Yes, you can allow them to comment but not rate. There is a screenshot of rating options here.

3: Not sure, there is no way for me to answer this question without knowing the add-on code, and sorry, but I just don't have the time to review third party code, if you were going to ask, so you might need to make edits to GARS to have it still work, or if you mention what add-on you are using, maybe someone else who is using the same add-on will come by and comment.

Thanks for the answers. The add-on form was made by red tyger from vb.org. If someone tells me what edits to make, I might be smart enough to figure it out. Or I can just pay someone to do it if I have to.
