Default BUG: HTML ads not tracking clicks

This has been bugging me for awhile. My HTML ads, such as Google adsense show the # of impressions but DO NOT show the number of clicks on the ad. I need to give a sponsor that uses an HTML ad some statitistics on how their ad is doing and all I can give them is exposures, the number of hits reports as zero. Here is a cut/paste from my admin console for my GOogle adsense ad:

37 Google Adsense 0 1,400,540 n/a 12-16-2017 Yes High

So shown 1.4 million times, but clicked on ZERO. I know that isn't true, Google is sending me checks.

You cant track HTML ad clicks as the links point offsite. In order to track adsense clicks, you would have to modify the incoming google source which google would then ban you for.

Ive just done some searches and found mixed information on this - however it does look as if it may be possible - but will require hosting adsenses in an additional iframe which will require a bit of a rethink of things. Ill add it to the things to do in GAB after the next version of GAL .

Hope thats cool!
