GARS license question

In GeekMark it says:

And then this one:

GARS License + 1 year of updates + Brand Free Option

In the tittle it says "GARS License +" but under it says "Note: This item does not include GARS". Kinda tricky aint it?

I just saw this because I was thinking about renewal time and buying a brand free option.
