Default Problems with Google Ranking

Ever since I installed GARS I have not been able to get any of my reviews to show up in Google. I am using VBSEO sitemap generator. All the links are being displayed in the sitemap but they are not getting ranked. I am a newb so I am not discounting the fact that I have mis-configured something somewhere.

Any insight woulf be extremely appreciated.

The links to GARS formatted pages are the same as default vBulletin threads/posts so it is likely coincidence only that you don't see certain pages in Google. Try searching Google on the following and note that a result appears, so the GARS pages are getting indexed:
Code:

True, that link is indexed. But can you give me any explanation as to why thi following post of an actual review is not indexed?

Code:
http://atvtorture.com/forums/showthread.php?p=16930#post16930
This URL is in the sitemap. But does not display in Google.

This isn't a problem with GARS. It is how Google is indexing and displaying results from your site. Some links are indexed; some are not; some show in Goolge; others do not. For example, if you search on the following in Google, what appears to be a review shows up in the search results:
Code:
atvtorture.com/forums/showthread.php?p=16513
Now if you search on the following in Google, nothing shows up, at least not now:
Code:
http://atvtorture.com/forums/showthread.php?p=16513
The only difference being the http:// bit. Why is it like that? Only Google can tell you, but the #post16513 bit is probably not going to show in Google search results so omit that when looking for threads from your forum in Google.

I appreciate the information I am not real sure about how to proceed from this point though.

Here is my dilemma. My site revolves around the product reviews. I expect a person looking for a specific review to be able to Google keywords for specific reviews and see results with hopefully my site listed somewhere within those results.

For instance, someone Googles "Trail Tech Vapor Review" which is actually the following GARS review page.

Code:
http://atvtorture.com/forums/showthread.php?p=17003#post17003
I would expect the GARS page on my site to be indexed somewhere on Google. Currently it is not.

We used to have individual HTML pages which were our reviews and they we ranked very high. I liked how GARS simplified things and allowed a more dynamic approach for our members to be able to participate also.

I understand that this may be beyond the scope of GARS and this forum; however, I am just trying to decide on steps to increase traffic flow to my site once again.

The problem has nothing to do with Gars.

Your site is not SEO optimized at all. Using Sitemap Generator can help you to a bit.

You allow your site to be reached by 2 different domains.
You have your site name within page title
You donot use any header structure
Your style is not validated
and lots of other problems on SEO side.
