Default How to get rid of the Comment Button

My site is probably a little different than most in terms of using GARS.
I have one forum called Articles & Information. I want to be able to add articles for users to read only. I do not want them to be able to comment or reply to the articles.

I deleted the Comment module but the button is still being displayed. How do I stop the button from being displayed for the Articles & Information forum?

Also, is it possible to stop the "Reply" button from being displayed in the Articles & Information forum only? Of course, I need the Reply button to be displayed in all other forums.

Can this be done?

Thanks.

Have you tried setting replies to "no" for that forum in your
forummanager?

Thanks for your reply.
Yes,... I guess it was a stupid question. Because the Comment button is a button added by GARS, I guess in my mind I was thinking it was something to be turned on or off in the GARS settings. It suddenly dawned on me after that it was likely a vBulletin permissions issue and I resolved the problem.

Thanks again for your reply. Much appreciated.
