Work in Progress Content Type?

Hello,

I was wondering if I could use GARS to make a Work-In-Progress type of content type.

Scenario:

A user starts some art work and posts a picture attachment on day one as a vb attachment. The screenshot thumbnail gets posted in a block next to the first post.

The user works some more on the project and on day two he/she posts another image. That image thumbnail also gets posted on the block

The goes on for 5 days. Each time the thread starter posts a picture image, the thumbnail gets posted in a block next to the first post.

How can I get a list of thumbnails of picture attachments posted by the thread starter to be posted in a block next to the first post?
