Delete Rating Category
If you go to GARS > Ratings you see a list of rating categories that I have created. I see where you can add a new rating category but cannot figure out how to delete a rating category that I no longer use. I want to delete a couple because I no longer use them.
I do see the "edit" selection but it does not have a delete function other than to delete a particular rating within a rating category. Is there a way to delete a category rating??? Last edited by joeycano; 03-05-2008 at 06:01 PM.. |

Hmph, didn't notice that before, but no, there is nothing to delete the rating category. Sounds like something for a new version, but in the meantime, make a backup in case something messes up, and then in this order...

I'll wait
I don't want to take any risk. I'll wait for a future release.

Follow up question
One more issue kind of related to this thread. When I originally posted this thread I misspelled the word delete in the Title. Upon noticing my error I went back to edit the misspelling so people having the same issue could locate it by doing a search.
Although the correction is made on the showthread.php it is not corrected in the forumdisplay.php. I've notice this action on my forum as well. I believe that once you set a title its permanent in the forumdisplay.php, right??? Is there something I'm missing to correct this??? |
