Default Full content of the first post in a collapsible section on top of each page?

We're constructing a member project page and would like the imageset (custom GARS Module) and the rest of the contents of the First post to show in a collapsing section at the top of each page of multi-page threads, kind of like the modifications threads over on vBulletin.org.

Can anyone point us in the right direction? I've tried going into the template sets and setting the "First post preview on additional pages" to use the same template we use for "First post in showthread". But while that seems like the logical way to go, that doesn't seem to work.

Thanks in advance for any clarification anyone can provide

James and Susan

The modules are only set to display for the first post in the thread. If you look for run_mod in the gars_class_page.php file, you will find the spot where the code to display the modules is located. There is also a //Navigation section in that same file that limits the "read entire" text that appears on subsequent pages of the thread.
