Try moving the Tools module to some other location on the page. If you have a fixed width style, there is only so much that can fit in that width before there is a stretch to fit the content, so that may be what you are seeing.

Hello. With me, everything is always 100%. I find no good position for the module. But it bothers me a lot this width. What can I do? If I remove the module, I see no reason "Gars" to use. Do they?
I see other forums with gars and then everything is normal. please suggest me another solution.

thank you very much.

Go to the ACP -> GARS -> Modules -> click the module set -> click the Tools link -> set 'Display only icons' to yes, or go to the ACP -> GARS -> Modules -> click the module set -> mode the Tools module to some other location using the drop down menu next to the Tools link, or go to the ACP -> GARS -> Types -> click the type -> set 'Width for module container on showthread pages' to a different value.
