One suggestion/bug:

The default for "Feature Until" during edit/create needs to be OFF or a date in the past. Everytime someone edits or creates a review it is automatically featured.

Thanks for the reminder hell. You are asking these to just be done via 3 phrases instead of a construct phrase right?

Yes, that would be great. Edit. Also, to have the GARS_top_latest phrase modified so it can hold the placeholder for the capitalized plural term like the other "TOP" phrases would.

Can we give attachments a icon in the new version, and can the reference box going to be able to have live links in them?

The reference box already can do. It can use bbcode and auto parse urls (er... I think it autoparses urls... not sure on that one though).
What do you mean by giving attachments an icon?
