Tons of problems.....
I just installed the latest GARS on the latest VB35 and cannot get it to do anything. I have a review forum, setup as review and all I want to do it create company reviews and allow people to rate the companies I list. The entire thing seems to be busted.

Coincidentally enough, I too have the problem with broken images in the Featured Reviews module in the thread display pages (not a problem on forum display). -Nick |

check the review's type settings to ensure that others can rate and that the review information is correct.
I havent ever come across the broken images problem in featured x before. Can you post a public url? |

I shared my URL in a ticket and havent heard back yet. Still busted, ratings still busted (if someone rates no graph, incorrect data, etc.
Again clean install of both |

How do I disable the "Authors Reviews" box on the right? All I want over there is the standard 1-5 ratings that the users choose. When they rate the company, I want their average to go up.
Sorry but I stared at the settings last night until I was dizzy. I've used VB a ton, and this is just not making sense to me. I guess its how its all worded. To me: A Rating is when someone votes 1-5 A Review is when they actually reply and give their review of that listing i made. |

Well I started playing with permissions some and finally got the bar graphs to show up. Can you look at these settings in the admin? This cannot certainly be the header that is supposed to be on it, can it?
Use gallery?? Upload header image?? Enter Gals??> What does any of it have to do with GARS? |

By the way... what is standard turnaround on getting a ticket looked at?

Pretty quickly. Generally as soon as I get a minute to resolve anyones issues I do.
If you had to play around with the settings to get what you are after AND you are not sure what the above group settings are for, I have to ask: Have you read the manual on it yet? I have responded to your ticket, logged into your site and I can not for the life of me duplicate any problems you have brought up. I am assuming that it is because you have resolved the issues? If not, please feel free to open a new ticket stating the exact problem and how I can reproduce it. Thanks |

The problems still exist just like before. I've updated the ticket. The broken images seem to have fixed themselves after I got about 8 reviews posted. |
