Bug Tracker
Hi Geek,
I really like your products but I am currently not satisfied with the bugtracker you are using here. When I post a bug I: - never get an email if there is a status change - never get an email if the ticket is closed - do not have the chance to reopen a closed ticket Searching in the bugtracker is also a pain in the ass. I am missing a function to search only MY tickets (closed, open, whatever). If you close a ticket I do not see them in the list of open cases anymore but I expect them there cause I did not get a notification that you closed it. It the last weeks it sometimes looked like nothing happened to reported things and I don't think that the problem is that you are not working on the issues. The problem is that the bugtracker is not reflecting changes. Please delete this peace of shit and install something else Kind regards btw. I am waiting for some GARS issues to get fixed but I cannot find the tickets in the system anymore |

dissatisfaction noted. You can easily find your submissions by selecting the project and broswing the All Issues section for what has been submitted. While not as ideal as a 'my tickets' feature - Its not my software package and I simply dont have the time to write a custom one (nor explore other options now).
As soon as I look into an issue and can/can't repro it, I update the ticket to awaiting feedback. Those with new statuses mean I have yet to be able to look into it. |
