Default Expiration dates not working

First let me explain that my cron job runs every night for GAB and I also ran it separately after I saw that this did not work and it still did not fix the problem.

Problem #1. I have a bunch of banners ($GAB_ads[0]) that were set to expire on 02-28-2006. and non of them stopped rotating. They are still showing up in the banners when they were set to expire.

Problem #2. I have another issue. As you can see from the list below. I have my $GAB_ads[1] set up so that when one banner expires the next month starts. Well is you look at mist list below Tin Man should have expired on 02-28-2006 and he did. But instead of Model T showing up next like he was suppose to Astrogirl is showing up.

banner start/expire
Tin Man 02-01-2006/02-28-2006
Model T 03-01-2006/03-31-2006
Fiddlehead 04-01-2006/04-30-2006
Billville 05-01-2006/05-31-2006
Sparky2000 06-01-2006/06-30-2006
Peter Pan 07-01-2006/07-31-2006
Smee 08-01-2006/08-31-2006
Model T 09-01-2006/09-30-2006
Pickles 10-01-2006/10-30-2006
Tudor 11-01-2006/11-30-2006
Astrogirl 12-01-2006/12-31-2006

What can I do to fix this problem?

Another question I have. How do I know my GAB cron is working correctly. When ever I execute it it just says GAB when other crons I run all say the name of the cron and then say "Done" when they are complete. The GAB cron does not say that. So it is working correctly or not?

I found out by reading the RC3 release that the cron job was not working with RC2.

I am still using RC2. I fixed some of the problems by uploading the new cron job out of the RC3 release. But it seems that the cron job does not understand future start dates. It expired all the ads I had set for a 28 February expiration date. But it did not activate ads I had set to start on 01 March.

Yes the new RC3 cron job did fix the expiration problem. I thought I stated that. But I still have the other problem where it does not activate the new banners on the new start date.

I understand. I just wanted to make sure you did not forget about this bug. I was also wondering if you were able to duplicate it or if it was just me having the problem?
