Default How can a user turn this off?
I'd like to have GAL turned on by default, but allow a user to turn this off through the control panel.

I found some really dated instructions, but I was wondering how we can do this in the new version.

ACP -> Geek Auto-Linker -> Categories -> click a title in the Content box -> use Usergroups exempt from category:
  • Field for exemption - The Profile Field that signals whether or not auto-links are shown. If no profile field is selected, auto-links are not shown to the selected usergroups.
  • Value for exemption - If a Profile Field is selected, the value of the field that indicates that the user does not want to see auto-links! You may wish to add a new Profile Field for this purpose.
