Default Delete Author's rating of an article? - *NOW URGENT*

Is it possible to delete the rating given by the author on his article? using tools, it doesn't seem to allow it.

You would need to set 'Allow n/a' to yes in the ACP -> Ratings -> Edit, and then go to the ACP -> GARS -> Tools -> Edit Ratings, enter the thread ID, and set the ratings to n/a and then after you can set 'Allow n/a' back to no.

I did that and now the affected threads show 'Average N/A%' for ratings of both the entire thread as well as for individual members who have voted in that thread. Also all rating fields are no longer visible when users try to rate.

updates: ok, i tried to create a new rating set with the same number of fields (4 fields) and assigned it to the type. No difference. And when I try to edit the ratings, the author's rating is back to 0,0,0,0 and still not deleted. BUT the ratings in the forumdisplay is right! Only in the threadbit, everything is quite screwed. Pls help urgently as no one can vote now. Tks.

more updates: If i set the rating set back to allow N/A, it displays fine. But I don't want to allow N/A, any solution?

First set the ratings as you want, with or without the N/As. Then run the following query, where X is the thread ID and Y is the user ID:
Code:
DELETE FROM gars_rating_users WHERE threadid = X AND userid = Y;
And then go to the ACP -> GARS -> Tools and run Re-Sync Ratings.

As for the reputation, please follow up in the other thread. You wrote, "I will PM you the links to demonstrate" but I haven't received anything.

Oops, turned off PMs because of spammers, but didn't mean to turn them off for customers. You should have PM ability now.
