<CENTER>First place the screw off bottom on, then put the knob on top of that. <BR>Now just push down on the shift until it stops.&nbsp; You can try to screw it in there too.&nbsp; Next just tighten the allen bolts evenly.&nbsp; Make sure they all get really tight. </CENTER></TD></TR>
