Default If I select Article type I get Tutorial showing

I have 3.8.4 with VBSEO and other mods on my forum and I use GARS for some time with reviews.
I wanted to start an article forum and selecting article type to respective forum gives me tutorial instead.

I have an Article type defined with an Article set selected and Article module (for voting)
Only the template is default as I have only one.

I have empty the cache and no success. Is only showing tutorial and not Articles in the respective forums.

If I select review is showing the review so selection is working.

The module displayed has Tutorial Special on left of threads (Forumdisplay) and there is no Module with this setup! (I have checked all of them).

On a final note the issue form here was not solved by unchecking Enter Gals. Maybe is related.

What happens it you set your "cache settings" to "No"?
The cache sometimes gives some weird displays, even though the cache is emptied.

Great. It worked!
Unfortunately when I turn cache on it comes back again to tutorials.

How can I make it to work with cache? Any suggestions?

And google code still appearing even if I apply fix (as I have said before)

What is the problem with the google code?

Have you tried to use the template module (in the add-on section) for your google ads?

Problem is similar with this
No, I am using another mod to put ads on forum (including Google ads).
GARS I use with standard template module.

Here you can see how it looks
