Please help....
I installed GARS on my testsite a couple of weeks ago, played around with it and got it all setup how I wanted it.
This past weekend, I was upgrading my live site. I upgraded to vB 3.73 as well as adding many mods. Then I installed GARS. That's where the problems started. My ACP seems to time out after about a minute and I have to keep logging in every time I change a setting. Went back into my test site and it is happening there too (but it wasn't before). I tried re-uploading the gars_admin.php file. I tried uninstalling the product and re-installing. Still having the same problem (however, the problem ceased between the time when I uninstalled and re-installed GARS). Can you please help? Obviously I want to use the product I paid for but I can't funtion with the ACP that way. Just a note, the user side of my site is fine, it is just the admin side. The first installation I did was to mysite.com/testvb/forum The second was to mysite.com/forum |

It almost sounds like the link to GARS ACP file on the live forum goes to the
test
forum and vice versa. Do you have any htaccess file that might be doing an inadvertent redirection? When you are logged out of the live forum's ACP, is it that you are just logged out of the GARS ACP part or the whole ACP? What happens if you temporarily disable all add-on except for GARS? Does the login/out issue still occur?
