Can't delete

I created a test tutorial and then deleted it. It still shows up as the Featured, Latest, Top... but when you click on it, it has clearly been deleted.
How can I clean this up?

I also tested the review on a forum. I removed it from the forum and setup it up on the correct forum, now when I load it, it shows the Featured, Latest, Top from the test forum. The cleangars doesn't seem to help. Could I just delete it from the database? What am I doing wrong?

Is it still there? You want to clean your cache using the tools option (if you are using 2.0)
