Default Editting The Modules

How do you edit the modules layout? Like the html coding that they have? I'm particularly interested in the "table of contents".

I'm trying to remove the list buttons that are automatically created when you create the table of contents.

HTML Code:
<li>Page 1</li>

Check out the modules php file in geek/gars/mods/display
In the case of the toc.php file, the <li>'s are in there.
