One idea would be to edit the GARS_options template, moving $options to the top, and possibly also editing the fetch_options function in the gars_class_edit.php file to order the content held by the $options variable.

Try editing the GARS_options template, moving $options to the top, and see what that produces and then you'll know whether you need any file edits.

I didn't find any $options in GARS_options!?
The only $options to be found was in GARS_custom_container, in which I moved the $options to the top - with no effect.

Oops, wrong variable, right template. Try moving $output in that template.

What I intended for this was the custom field to show up in the alphabetic list as well, which it doesn't!?
I run a site with book reviews and would of cause like both the author and the title to show up in the alphabetic list. I guess the same would go for sites reviewing CD's with artist and title, Movites with director and title etc.

The fetch_options function in the gars_class_edit.php file is where the content held by the $output variable is set. Sounds like you may need to edit the code to get the effect you want.

Think I'll leave it for now. Maybe an idea for the next version of GARS?
