Default Change Width at Table of Contents?

How can you change the width of the Table of Contents column? Or is this may actually be set in the Right of Content cell for the Default Module Set. I am not sure where this is set. Notice in the image below that there is wasted space in this block, particularly to the left of the contents. I am trying to maximize the space available for the article.
