Ok I see the problem. In my downloaded files paticularly in the geek/gars/includes folder there are a number of "php" files showing up as folders or directories instead of files. I redownloaded and experience the same issue. It must be a problem with the zip because it opens fine in winrar but gives a strange GARS.zip is an unsupported archive in 7zip.

hmmm. Not sure whats happening there. Ill start scavenging the error files.

I just downloaded your versions and they seemed fine?
