Modules By Usergroups
I think it would be a good option to be able to include or exclude modules based on usergroups ala vba cmps. I can see this being useful.

This may be horribly inefficient but you could limit what certain usergroups see and don't see by using <if usergroupid="X">Module</if> or <if !usergroupid="X">Module</if> (sorry if those aren't correct, it's late).
