Default What will I need to do with GARS when I upgrade to 3.7 Gold?

Sorry, still kind of new to this and can't find a straight answer....

With vBulletin 3.7 Gold almost here, I will be upgrading my forum from 3.7 Beta 5.... but I've never done an upgrade before... I started my site with 3.7 Beta 5..

What do I need to do to GARS to make sure this upgrade is a smooth one... The vBulletin manual makes it seem like a vanilla vBulletin upgrade is simple... but it doesn't get into any details about plugins and hacks.

Do I need to disable the plugin, Do I need to uninstall? Do I need to do anything at all to GARS?

I also have vBadvanced installed....

Is there a step by step document to do this?

GARS scould run after vB Update in normal Case.
I just updated my TestForum to vB 3.7RC3 and GARS runs like before.

The vB manual is somewhat confusing to some. The version upgrade process is actually much easier than they let on.

No, they don't say anything about plugins and hacks. The manual strictly supports the default vB script only. The individual modification/hack coders/designers are each responsible for keeping their mod updated to the latest vB version, if they so desire.

All that said, I need an answer here too, lol .

Hoffi, I see that your GARS is running ok with RC3? I have a designs site, and while GARS has been running just fine up to, and including, RC1, I just upgraded to RC3 last night, and GARS seems to be having growing pains on my site.

Please see http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=170881 regarding whether you should disable the plugin system when upgrading vBulletin.
