Default Forum Display and Image URL lengths

See here for example:

http://www.prenatalyogacenter.com/fo...sting-options/

If I place an image in one of my GARS entries, the forum display shows the image url and not the actual image. This is fine, but if the url is long, the template gets pushed out. Is there a way to adjust this length so it doesn't display more than x number of characters?

ahhhh, I see now. The problem is that if the synopsis is not used, the preview is made up of the plain text of the first x amount of characters. In this case, simply putting the preview text in the synopsis will make the pic show and not the full URL.

HTHs!
