Default Modules Problem

Hello,

It seems as if "Modules" don't work unless you use the GARS templates by using a "template set". Is there any way round this? I could just like a simple change to a forum without the full rework of the templates.

Many Thanks

Hi there, Im not sure I follow ? For GARS to control the forum, a valid type needs to be assigned to the forum. Every type needs a template set. If you dont want to use the gars templates, edit the template set and put the standard vB template names in (i.e. froumdisaply, postbit, etc...)

Thanks for getting back to me. Well I set a template type where I leave all the templates blank. According to the manual this means GARS will use the vbulletin standard templates, yet modules still don't seem to work.

Thanks

Thats because the modules will need to appear somewhere. Check the GARS_pb template to get an idea of how to put them in your own templates.

HTHs!
