Default A couple of HTML validation questions

I have just been running GARS through the W3C validator and it seems that I have come across some issues that may not be simple to fix via template edits:

For example:

On this one GARS seems to be reusing element IDs for different tables:

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...idator%2F1.591

On this one the W3C is fitting out on the use of option, this being said I think this is actually something to do the the html declaration error at the top:

I can't answer your first question but for the html declaration go to your style, edit templates, find the code below in GARS_Forumdisplay :
HTML Code:
<html dir="$stylevar[textdirection]" lang="$stylevar[languagecode]">
and change it to
HTML Code:
<html dir="$stylevar[textdirection]" lang="$stylevar[languagecode]" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
.

The first one has to do with setting 'Include container' to yes on the 'Author rating' module. I'll look into a possible fix but for now, if you want the page to validate, set 'Include container' on the 'Author rating' module to no.
