Default Delay popup. Popup without link

How do I set the popup so that the mouse over needs to be, let's say, 3 seconds, before it will pop up. So that when someone mouseovers 4 links they don't all pop up. So they only pop up if you hold your mouse over the linked term.

Is there a way to not have the term link to a URL but just have a popup?

The ACP Popup Settings currently available are as follows:
  • Open Steps
    • Amount of steps to take to open the popup (the lower the number the faster it will popup. Default 10).
  • Tick Count
    • Milliseconds to grab mouse position (the lower the number the more accurate the popup, but higher the resources best left at default. Default 100).
  • Tick Steps
    • Amount of ticks before a hit test is checked (the lower the number the faster it may flicker. Default 10).
  • Decay
    • Amount of time for popup to linger before closing.
You might try changing the Open Steps setting. Otherwise, you'd need to make edits to the gal .js function, perhaps altering the setTimeout calls.
