Default Featured On Top vs. Bottom(Bug)

When I move the featured reviews to the top of the "forumdisplay" it works correctly; however when I move the featured reviews below the reviews on "forumdisplay" it gets all messed up... (see attached)

top=correct; bottom=wrong.

Please let me know how to fix the bottom location, as this is where I need to have it...

What I mean, is that you feel it looks wrong because it is aligned left? Or is it another reason?

All I am saying is that if the "featured item" is above the actual review looks correct.

If the featured item is below (which is where I want it), the actual review is "crunched" up to the left... I want it to not be scrunced up, and look like the image with the ad above... SImply want it to look correct, not crammed to the left...

Can yuo try it on your default install, and see if you know what I mean...

Thanks
