Default Transfer servers got minor problem

The Tech who is helping me move to a new updated server has asked me about this problem and I don't know the answer. Since it involves your the GARs script I was hoping you could help...

I've found possible error: due to different versions of mysql it fails to restore database. Failed statement was:
CREATE TABLE gars_module_set_details (
id int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment,
setid smallint(6) NOT NULL default '0',
page tinyint(4) NOT NULL default '0',
section smallint(6) NOT NULL default '0',
order smallint(6) NOT NULL default '0',
modid smallint(6) NOT NULL default '0',
settings mediumtext NOT NULL,
cacheon tinyint(4) NOT NULL default '0',

Please advise how should I change it to create table properly. Rest tables seems ok.

Thanks for your help!
