Make sure you use absolute http:// links, not relative links, do not use JavaScript, use inline CSS, not external CSS files, etcetera. Same goes for the gaz_html_header and/or gaz_html_navbar and/or gaz_html_footer templates. I have verified that if the CSS and

templates are edited properly, the newsletter looks correct, though there are certain email readers that will strip out images and CSS as described
here and there isn't anything you can do, as you don't have control over the email reader. After you edit CSS or templates, generate new data under the ACP ->
GAZ
-> Issues -> click issue link. If you still cannot get the images to show, try a different email reader and look at the HTML source of the page for broken images to see from where the image is being called. They need to be the full http:// link, not relative links, and if need be, consider using 'prefix paths' under the
GAZ
ACP settings.
