Alphabetical Bar Problem

There is a small bug i think ( by the way i must say that i loved this )
http://www.ayyas.com/biyografiler/?ltr=P

Check here it shows there is no thread starting with P but if you check here just from the middle of the page threads with P start and there are bunch of them :)

The templates are reverted , types have been edited and saved i even Re-Sync the pages and clean the cache.

I don't think it is because of the characters because check here
http://www.ayyas.com/echoes/3.htm?sort=title&order=asc in here threads starting with A . but if you choose A from Alphabet Bar only 1 thread is shown
http://www.ayyas.com/echoes/?ltr=A

What I mean is the character set of how the characters are stored.

Try editing geek/gars/includs/gars_class_list.php and change

$ltr = chr(intval(ord($this->ltr)));

to

//$ltr = chr(intval(ord($this->ltr)));
$ltr = $this->ltr;

didn't change anything .

Thats really trippy. Ill have to investigate further and get back to you.

I may have an idea for this problem. This occurs mainly for old threads. Is it possible for you to move an old thread to link directory so we may test it.

hmmm. good thinking! Try this:

Set the forum to a NORMAL non gar forum and save. Then set it again to the correct type. That will make sure all items have a valid gar entry.
