Gal is autolink system. As you can see in here words which you define in admincp will be autolinked to links you specify. You can change styles , add definitions and etc.
For example check http://www.ayyas.com/album-incelemeleri/10929-dark-side-of-the-moon/ there is two different autolink options with 2 different definisions included. You can use custom html in your definitions also.
