CSS problem

I tried everything but i cannot change my styles. I debuged several times , replace all original files , overwrite the product but it is not working.

in order to get it working i have to edit each entry one by one.

Check the permissions of the directory where is the CSS is alocated.
This directory need 777 permissions or allow write to the user that start the web server

check your replacements as well. the class should be gal

Here is the replacement code i am using :

I checked the permission also but still same.
