How do I get rid of old, erroneous, unwanted orders in order history page?

You cant delete any order history for auditing purposes.

Shouldn't there be a way to clear past orders under the manage section? I have a bunch of test orders that I want to clear out. Is that page just going to keep growing?

How about orders that were never completed? You have to be able to clear them as well.

currently, there is no way reason being that some users need to provide a permenant audit trail. Holes in the invoicing run can raise suspicion. I think an archive type system would be the best bet.

I see your point, and i have no plans of doing anything shady but I think that should be left up to the store owner and not the software developer. Transactions are recorded via PAYPAL anyway.

A file system is a must if you are going to keep it like that.

I do notice that orders show even if they don't complete the Paypal checkout. How do i fix that? I currently use IPN with the subscription system that is built into vbulletin.

Could you add "Processing Order" to the manage drop down?

Thats what Awaiting Payment is for. No cart will get turned into an order until they go to the Paypal transaction window.
