error on site

when i goto change the style from the default one here to something else, like powder blue, it isnt loading the style...its also giving me a error on page notice, which i see on the bottom left of my IE

Couple issues.

1. From the forum, there is no link back to homepage. (Other than in the footer)
2. No avatars. :(
3. broken file for avatar on homepage welcome block.
