Different ads for different usergroups?

I'd like to be able to setup different ad campaigns based on my usergroups is this possible?

You can set up ads to appear for specific usergroups and/or allow certain usergroups to toggle them on or off, however you cant set specific ads for specific usergroups.

I have to put this on my wish list above ads based on user age. Which I just know you can't wait to code ;-)
