Little Help

I just purchased GAL - Auto Linker and I have a problem with my custom forum style (templates). Popup not working correctly like follow, stay open etc...
Default style is working fine, so please where I can search for problem?

postbit_legacy, header, headinclude ... can somebody point where to serch and fix this?

After I restarted Apache and make maintenance tools, everything working fine now!
