gab_redirect.php missing

When I enable the Tracking of click throughs within GAB, the following URL is referenced: http://thedecostop.com/forums/gab_redirect.php?id=42&script=index

When I look at the settings the Redirect page is set to: gab_redirect.php

However, when I search the file system, I cannot find the file.

Is this something I am suppose to create, or should have been part of the installation?
