hi,
currently the review rating scores is displayed in two versions:
one is given by thread starter, and the other is the average of all the other people who have posted replies to the thread.
is it possible to combine all submitted ratings (by thread starter and by later commenters) and show the average in a single version?
i really don't see any need to give special treatment to the thread starter's review rating to show it in the top place in the thread (especially when the thread starter's review is poorly made).
for example, here in this thread,
http://www.dnp.in/showthread.php?t=812
i would like to show the *total* average rating scores in the header of the thread. then ratings by individual posters (whether they are a thread starter or later commenter) are displayed next to their review comments.
that is, incorporate thread starter's rating into the "User reviews" window
and display the result at the header (i.e., where "Author Rating" window is located currently).
The current "Author Rating" window is moved down (next to the thread starter's comment).
everything else remains the same.
thanks for your help.
