Changes not reflected on homepage (VBadvanced)

I edited the title of the articles (GARS). However they are not reflected on homepage. Can someone help?

I edited from - A Simple Guide to Newsquip.com (Part 1)

to "A Simple Guide to Wirebooth.com"

but on homepage it still shows as the previous title

I changed the image attached but it was also not reflected on homepage. Can I uninstall then reinstall GARS or do something to fix the problem?

Sorry I'm not familiar with vBa CMPS but maybe it is caching the content so shows the old title and image. Check the vBa CMPS options but you do not want to uninstall GARS or else you would lose the database information and would need to start all over.
